Misty
This is my 23rd DTM work. As the song track, it is 13th. It is called as " Misty “. Please take a listen to it. Thanks. Replaced with the remixed version (15-March-2024).

Even after I had connected all my idea of this song together, I had no idea about lyric of this song. So, I started to record drum and rhythm guitar track in advance. As same as the previous track, I was afraid that this song would be turned down in the early stage of the process. But I took good feeling from the recorded rhythm guitar track. Also I thought that I could have taken the great dirty sound of the simple arpeggio from my DIY mod Kramer. So, I wanted to manage to complete this song.
For a week and several days after I done drum and rhythm guitar I had not got any idea of lyric yet. Any sentence or even any word. One day, I took a night walk. I had worked in home all day so I had not known the weather outside. As stepped out from the door, there was the white world even though the night. It was night mist. I could not see distance building or trees that I could see clearly in normal night. All street light blurred. Walking the road was like crawling obscure space. It was curious experience.
Once back to home, I could start to write the lyric of this song.

この曲のアイディアをまとめ上げた後も、歌詞については何も思いついていませんでした。ですので、ひとまず先にドラムとリズム・ギターを録ってしまうことにしました。前作と同様、この曲もどうもボツになりそうな気しかしなかったのですが、録ったリズム・ギターに良い感触を得ましたし、改造したクレイマーが、シンプルなアルベジオを素晴らしくダーティーな音で奏でてくれたと思いもしました。そうなってくると、なんとかしてこの曲を完成させたくなります。
ドラムとリズム・ギターを録った後も、一週間以上歌詞については何も思いつきませんでした。一文どころか一語すら思いつきません。ある日の夜、散歩に出かけてみました。その日は一日中自宅で仕事をしていたので、外の天気がどうなっているかはよくわかってませんでした。玄関から一歩外へ出ると、夜にもかかわらず、白い世界が広がっていました。夜霧です。いつもならはっきりと見える少し離れたビルや木々が、見えません。どの街灯の明かりも滲んでしまっていました。道を歩くのはまるでぼんやりとした空間を進んでいくかのようで、面白かったです。
帰宅すると、この曲の歌詞を書き始めることができました。
